"Poor communication. No follow-through. Seemingly dishonest and rude. Eta: thank you for your response; A bill was emailed the next day which was exactly the same as the bill that was sent which i had questions about. When your team called me to discuss the bill they said they didnt know or understand it either and that i would have to call State Farm for a further explination. As of today, it has never been explained to me or broken down as to why the bill was almost 300 dollars more than the previous month. Further explanation was never given. I also had to call an obscene amount of times to actually get the policy canceled and an equally obscene number of times to get my money back. I was charged for THREE FULL MONTHS before the policy was officially canceled. And everything I called they said it was still an active policy. Is there an excuse for this? I in fact, did not receive my funds back until I threatened a lawsuit. While I understand that things fall through the cracks, this is unacceptable. Reading reviews of your company, I am not the only one who went through this. Your office was less than helpful throughout the entire process. I'm glad I never had to file a claim because I don't even want to know what that would have looked like. It is fair for others to have all the facts about your business before selecting someone to work with—especially something as important as protecting their livelihood. Additionally please remove my last name from your response. There is a saftey reason I do not use my last name on the internet."
"Ms. Stage, as a small business owner, employing 6 insurance professionals, I appreciate honest feedback, it's how we get better. My agency doesn't generate bills or calculate billing, State Farm does. But when you had billing questions in March, I promised you an explanation the next day and fulfilled that. Then, my team member sent you a more detailed breakdown you requested as soon as we received it from corporate a few days later. You called last night and even though you're no longer my client I responded with a call back today. We work really hard for our customers every day, having honest conversations to be sure they have the best, appropriate insurance protection at the best price we can get in this crazy insurance market. I'm sorry we fell short of your expectations and wish you the best! "

"Needs better quote writers who know how to keep their promise to change information or send requested ID cards and documents - the very least skill, to "remember", needs improvement. Couldn't switch State Farm agents because they choose to "forget" and it has prolonged up to almost a year of being with this poorly trained staff and finally took my business elsewhere where my time and requests are in top priority. My parents speak English but its a bit broken because that wasn't their first language and I knew they would take advantage of them multiple times hearing them conversate with them on speaker phone. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT AT ALL P.S. Never once has BRYAN SCHEXNAYDER returned my calls to fix any issue and always had to deal with the staff that didn't know what to do but say "call back" or "call customer service" or "i'll leave a message with him so he can call you back""
